At AuraHub, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to provide a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products
- Opened products
- Used pet products
- Gift cards
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
